Creating a Thriving UK Economy - Consultation Paper
A recent formed Lib Dem policy group on the economy has published a consultation paper as the first stage in the development of new Party policy in relation to the economy.

The consultation paper has been drawn up by a working group appointed by the Federal Policy Committee and chaired by Julia Goldsworthy. Members of the group are prepared to speak on the paper to outside bodies and to discussion meetings organised within the Party.

Comments should reach us as soon as possible and no later than 27 March 2026. Responses are not necessarily expected to answer all the questions.
A consultation session will take place at Spring Conference, on Friday 13 March, 15:00-17:00 in the Fishergate Suite, Novotel, York.
